Confirmtkt (confirm Ticket Online Solutions Pvt Ltd) Complaints & Reviews
I have not been issued refund from Confirm Ticket Pvt. Ltd. whose amounts are Rs.2475, 2475, 3390

Train tickets were booked through Confirm tkt app and unfortunately trains were cancelled on 25.08.2023 and 29.08.2023. As per confirm tkt sources refund was processed on 29.08.2023 & 01.09.2023 . But It's already been 15 days since Confirmtkt.com has neither processed the refund nor credited the refund amount to my account, I am enclosing the transaction details & bank statement for your reference please.
Moreover, I tried contacting customer care multiple times to solve this issue but they kept assuring me that I can wait and I also mailed the same to CONFIRM TICKET APP support mail id multiple times but they didn’t reply to a single mail id & could not hear anything from you regarding my refund till date and you people are not responding and not processing our refund which is hard earned money. I have raised several requests with Confirmtkt.com, Payu, Twidpay, SBI, HDFC Credit card division (merchants and payment gateway) but no one is responding or giving positive replay.
I got received one replay from Payu which can be seen from attached file, message is as follows.
"We would request contacting the merchant or visit their website regarding order/services or
refund details against the transaction.
Further, if merchant is facing any issue to initiate the refund, kindly inform the merchant to contact PayU."
It is mental harassment that I am not getting any help from any of them.
