I have booked 2 flats in Delhi infratech project amounting to 80 Lacs for which I have paid 8 lacs as 10 % Booking Amount... And Now when I have visited there office they have closed down their office.. And No one is picking phone or the numbers mentioned or Given are wrong...Please help me to recover my Hard earned money..Contact Me

I have booked a flat with Delhi Infratech Limited in 2016. After waiting for 3 years I found that the flat is not going to be built up soon. So I have canceled the flat and asked them to return my money(which is as per the clause in the MOU with DIL). However, after cancellation, they are not returning my money back. They are just delaying the date to 1 month 2 months. Now it's been more than a year I have asked for refunding my amount...
