Sir we have booked a flat in faridabad sec 80 builder with dhingra jardine but have not got the possession and since then we r paying houserent and emi since 8 years, till date we have not got the possession. Construction is also not being done. We can't afford both the things together now we want our money back with interest and panulty. Flat is under gemini grove of california country....

This is in reference to my booking (Unit No. A-1-C) in Gemini Grove, California Country Sector-80, Faridabad made through Madhyam Estate. I was informed that I initially need to pay only 15% of the BSP while booking the said flat instead of 20% written in agreement. After that I can get my Home Loan approved and pay the rest of amount through Loan.
