Delhi Transport Corporation [DTC] — Unavailability of buses during peak hours on route 780
On route 780, we are facing issue of non availability of buses during peak hours in evening. Earlier it was not like that buses used ply on there allocated times after every 30mins. But, now they run according to their own timings due which there is no bus available during office hours.

I boarded route no. 753 from kamla market, delhi at about 6.30 pm on 10-9-20 and paid rs.15/- for ticket ending with xx693.
On destination, c-2, janakpuri at 8.10 pm, the driver did not stop the bus, misbehaved and stopped the bus only at the next stop on pankha road, janakpuri.
This caused me rs.50/- for rikshaw, 30 minutes of extra time and lot of mental and physical strain to reach my home.
Suitable disciplinary...
