Pleads refund me of rs5000:00 due to multiple transactions made against the same application no. During seat acceptance fees of my daughter of admission for first year of engineering course at director of technical education maharashtra.

Actually i paid twice rs806.05 while dte registration. But due to internet failure it wasn't successful first time hence i paid again. I contacted my bank officials they advised me to contact dte as the payment was successful
Hence, i need my refund for multiple payment on one id
