We had taken the membership in october for 1, 20, 000 rupees and after taking the membership they have stopped picking up our calls and none of thier customer care number is working anymore. Pls let me know what steps should i take in order to get my money back and also they will need to pay for the mental torture and stress they have been causing us....

In September my wife got the call regarding lucky winner of Elysium company. When we reached over there they had introduced us the scheme regards to vacation plans which cost for 95000/- RS We told them we don't want such kind of scheme .But after several request we told them give us one or two day to think. But they told us this scheme is valid for the only single day. So hence they had introduced us some smart scheme we were ready to accept...

Its a trap. They made fake promises you will receive joining kit, vouchers and you can cancel membership anytime but when you ask for cancellation they dont respond and talk very rudely. Anyone can help me to get my money back from company. Please reply. They took payment from credit card by emi. Very rude staff. They talk very soft while booking later on they are very rude....
