I have completed the 1 year trainee period and 7 years regular period and i have to apply for p f but as on 1st march 2016 new rule is amended. what is the new rule.
After 58 years, a person can leave or may not leave. and then if the nominees are uneducated they will suffer by going p f office for claiming the p f . they cant know the rules and regulations and the minimum knowledge of how to apply is not there....

I have applied for my PF winthdrawal through my previous employer and my previous employer has submitted all the required papers, proof and documents as on January 23rd 2009 to the EPF Office, Bangalore . I have still not received my PF which should ideally take 45 days to get credited into my account.

I have tried calling the EPF Office, Bangalore on the phone number provided, but un-able to reach anyone on those...

I was working with Motorola between 24-Aug-2005 and 19-Sep-2008. I applied for my PF transfer when I joined Motorola.
