My 42942 rupees are fraud by eternity software...

This is an online game play form, started with 1000rs, which they make me earn some, and then customer service is asked several time to raise an amount to withdraw my money back total i have paid 69000 in this plat form. Now they again asking to add 39000 to withDraw my balance. Please help me to find a solution to withdraw what i have deposited to them....
