I ordered for 3 cotton traditional wear online on Fairy reels dtd 10 th July 2022 and payment option of COD. I recd delivery from EkartL on 18 th July after paying ₹799/- To my utter shock when I opened the pkg there were torn old used tops .. when I contacted the customer no the person who answered was talking bakwas and to refund the money asking for all personal details .. I felt it is a fraud they are trying with customers .. to refund...

3 combo dress order for Rs.799 on 10th july 2022 and received today 18/7/2022 after making cash payment. But totally used clothes and damage.
there is no option for return and refund.
kindly block this website for other users to avoid further cheating.

Product acha nhi hy mujhe return karna hy dikhaya kuch ta or diya kuch hy 800rs leke bakwas product diya hy plsss i want to return it and refund chahiye...

The quality is very fake...and the product is not very good... return the money or give the real product...

They delivered the used and cheap products by using fake accounts. And they doesn't responsible for returns the product
Please take the action against this type of fraud website...

I ordered 3 dresses from fairyreels. com on 9th july and i received the ordered on 15th july. I paid 799 rs but the cloths i got is defected and torned also the quality is very poor and cheap. Kurti dekh kr aisa lg rha hai jaise dustbin se utha kr pack koya hua hai. Company ke owner ko sharm aani chaihye. Customers ko bewkuf banane ki bhi koi limit hoti hai. Plz refund my amount the quality of the product is very poor and not able to wear they are using DTDC services they are also saying we are not responsible so plz stop all this loop and make justice for a middle class persons from this fake world...
