After 25 days of payment they don't deliver the product
and company claim that After 3 to 4 days of order they delivered the product
Not any responsibal communication system of this organization....

Order not dispatched or confirm after 3 days of payment
Payment is debited 3 days before with legal bank statement.
No call response, no WhatsApp or no email reply.
Not able ot cancel order ....

I have ordered book before 15 days prepaid but this company does not provide my book even they don't answer phone call...

The prepaid order was placed on 14 october and it's mention the delivery in 2 days but the customer care is not responding and there is no one to help...

I have ordered my pinnacle book.book wasn't delivered yet...

I ordered books on June 22 2022 on found my book site, after 15 days of ordering it is not delivered. It is a prepaid order and there is no reply of mails and calls .now I want to cancel my order because of getting late and refund my amount...
