Not working Washing machine delivered

I ad placed ordered & Varsha have confirmed my order and i got washing machine on 26th May but when i looked and tried to on machine, Machine is not working at all.
I have paid full ammount as well.

Foot callus remover

Frizty foot callus remover is not getting fully charged. In the catalogue it is mentioned that callus remover will get full charged in 3 hours. But it is not so in my case. It is stucked 99%....
