I got the wrong product. I ordered for skirt but got some old jeans and customer care doesn't responds...

They sent me used clothes instead of my pants worth 1399 and are unresponsive after that....

I ordered a jumpsuit worth rs 1399 and there was an offer running that I would get a free jumpsuit. Contrary to that, I got an old pair of jeans from the kids' section. I paid 1399 rs cash at my doorstep. I request cashback....

I ordered a plain yellow maxi skirt worth Rs 1.2k from this website but I received three items ( two tops and one jeans) which were old and used plus there were no tags attached with those items and I did not even receive the bill. I had ordered 2 dresses from Glamtique and was delivered by Blue Dart. Instead of the two dress I got dirty old used T-shirt’s and there is no way to return. The only access is blue dart. They know the sellers address as they have collected the money. Request blue dart to refund my money as they are silent in sending the address of the seller. Glamtique and Blue Dart are equally responsible for cheating me and taking our hard earned money...

No complaints with Blue dart except one, since you linked me with the ingenuine website I request you to help me get my refund. I recieved a wrong product and the customer care email of the website doesn't seem to respond. the customer care no. is invalid. I don't know what to do. Blue dart only knows where the company exists and how to get refund so please help me I cannot afford to waste so much money. that's my order (image below) and...
