Noc Require for cancellation Hypothication
I had Purchased santro no. RJ 14 5 C 5591 under finance from GMAC TCFC Finance Ltd., Name avinash bhageria in the year 2001. I have paid the entire loan . But Still I have not received the NOC from the Company to enable me to cancel the Hypothication.

I have received a noc from gmac financial services india limited (Formerly known as gmac-tcfc finance limited) on 8-jan-2009 for clearance of finance for my vehicle. However, i am unable to use that noc and now the company is not available on that address and i am not able to track the company. My request is for a new noc as it is expired long back and i would need the noc to proceed with my car renewal processes.
