Customer Service refuse to help - Case #13164846

I purchased a Gopro Hero Black 8 on feb 2020, It had a standard one year warranty, but now the gopro started glitching and refused to come on, and if it came on it went off automatically. Proof of Purchase provided as requested.
Contacted Customer Care of Gopro - Case #13164846

They worked on trouble shooting Steps
Did everything and mentioned that it is the camera and since its out of warranty cannot do much....
