Mobile tower rent not paid from last 7 yearss

Address: B T kawade road Mundhwa pune 411036

GTL infra not giving mobile tower rent from last 7 years n not vacating building terrace also, posted notice also but no any response for that.
Agreement also expired 3 years back.
Tower structure only remain in our roof top terrace all other material cleared from operators.
Please give suggestion for my query...
