Frauds who run away after taking the payment...

I was scrolling instagram and i found our in ads someone selling OTT accounts for cheap . So i contacted him on whatsapp number that was given . He sent me all the proofs that he is very legit after while i decided to get one Netflix plan for 6 months which he charged 400 Rs . After sending payments he gave me an account i logged in and it was surely non working new account with sign up pending . Before i ask him why he blocked me .
