I ordered a refurbished smartwatch on 14/12/2022 and not yet delivered.
The money was received by helloex.
Please solve my problem....

Seewansh site received the money rupees 399 but didn't deliver the order
I tried contacting them but they didn't reply please try to solve this problem...

I had made a payment of rs.2198/- for a refurbished android mobile phone. Neither have i received any acknowledgement nor got delivery of the product. I feel cheated.

I am Sreenivas K from Andhra pradesh, Through efurbishedkart.com, I made an order for Sony LED TV of 65 inches and made the payment also. But there is no my login details in this portal and only amount debited from my account message came. I didn't get any response from Helloex company. I think they are cheated me.

Now how can i get my money back. Any body please help me in rhis matter....

Ordered for a refurbished phone. The website pops up as the most recommend website to buy but it's a fraud. Don't buy at all.. Someone from google is involved as well. Inspite of so many complaints, google search pops this as a priority site....

SMS received from bank regarding debit of the amount.
However, not received any SMS or email from M/s. Helloex regarding order deliver.

Please arrange to resolve.

I'm going to sue them for 3 crore. They will be hearing soon from my lawyer and not forgetting the cyber crime police... Helloex scammers got anything to say... Just don't call me up I just don't want to hear your stupid excuse voices... You can send message to this# [protected]....

Helloex /Refurbished mall has embezzled Rs2698 sent from Paytm wallet as was meant for one TV 32” Samsung led. With warranty refurbished.The amount originated by debit to saving account 488...1251 from Punjab national bank Talabtilo Jammu 180002 on 08/09/2022. Neither item was sent nor money refunded so far....
