While making payment for pgt level 3 htet 2021 double amount was deducted but i have not received 2nd payment refund yet.. i m attaching documents regarding this...

I have a complaint that htet site show that the elegiblity of pgt computer science is m. Sc. Or m. C. A. (3 year) in regular mode compulsory. Now i want to ask that the candidates who done their m. C. A (Leet 2year) in regular mode after bca are not eligible for that category? Is their qualification doesn't stand anywhere? Plzzz try to aad this qualification also....
