I had placed an order on Hurrah.in for a mobile on 25th Sep 2012 and paid in full. After several phone calls I have been told that they have not dispatched the product even on 4rd Oct 2012. I have to purchase one smartphone though online, i have go through fonezone in ebay.in and i found the Hurrah.in is supplied the smartphone very low prices with vendor warranty.

I Contacted them on their Mob: [protected] regarding the COD availability for PIN no: 523001, they told yes we have and also told we supply our products on COD any where in India.

Finally I have ordered SAMSUNG...
