I had placed an order for Tetra Bits Medium 20 % Extra 300ml 1 + 1 FREE vide order #3017197 dated[protected] as done several times in the past and paid for the same an amount of Rs.700.00 (650 for the material and 50 for shipping). In the past two and half years or so I have been dealing with Indiapetstore.com on a regular basis. I used to place orders and they used to deliver the goods albeit with a little time delay. And I was also aware of quite a good number of complaints that were floating On-line. Since I was getting the items I continued to shop with them.

The only thing I noticed was that the product listing on their site had reduced over 60%...

i had ordered a royal canin dog food from the company IndiaPetStore. they had promised that the order would be delivered within 15 days but its been more than 40 days now but i havn't yet recieved my order. they have a very sloppy customer service with only email support and NO telephone suppoet. they have been giving false reasons for the delay. i strongly urge people to NOT to give business to this company....

1. Round-the-clock lurk around IAH keeping a tab on postings keeping a watch on unsuspecting/new hobbyists
