Hi,
I'm a resident of Indis One City, B-Block. From the past 8 months, construction/renovation works are being carried out above my apartment. The noise level crosses 70db everyday. We are extremely disturbed with these drilling, hammering and other very loud noises.
We are unable to even hear other people talking beside us. Since we are working from home, we are not able to hear/speak anything in the meetings.

I've booked a flat in Indis one city in March, 2020 and paid 6.5 lac but due to financial reasons I'd to cancel the booking in June.
As asked by the sales team, on 1st of July, I've signed and shared the Cancellation form, where they charged Rs 50, 000 as cancellation fee. But they are still holding up rest 6 lac rupees.
There was no agreement signed and attached the cancellation form for reference....
