I have ordered online and paid money no response from that website...

As I have order the product in the website and paid through UPI payment. But after paying the amount I couldn't find my order I the website and also I couldn't trace the product which I have ordered. Ki dly help me to get back my money...

The scam happened due to the Instagram ads which are usually without any accountability to the user if they loose their hard earned money due to the traps set by these scammers using Instagram ads...

I ordered 3 pair of slippers by 19th January via https://infinitydeal.in/ and sum of money 1238 was debited by my bank account via Paytm app but I didn't able to get my delivery. I have done the payment of crocks including the courier charges but did not get any confirmation still showing the order is on hold please complete the payment...

On December 20 th I ordered 1 items from Infinity Deals... Still now the response is showing that it is on hold and paymen not receied. But I tried to contact the customer care of infinity deals they are not responding to my mails and Instagram messages..I have already paid ₹638 via Paytm...This is the worst experience in online shopping eve...

I just placed a order without researching about the fraud company, which manipulates the people without providing any proper details, they have website which is https://infinitydeal.in/ . i just saw too many complaints about these page then i realized i got cheated, so this is my umbel request to solve my problem and also save peoples in future that not to trust them. i'm attaching payment details as well and don't leave that fraud people...

I see this website from Instagram. It's a footwear shopping app. I ordered a clog and after the payment of 638 rs including shipping, they are showing an additional payment of 300rs something. And there's no response from their side. And there's no contact no. I had done a lot of mail to them.But no response. It's a fraud app undoubtedly.

I got an ad about infinity deals on Instagram... after which i paid 579 rupees for an order...the money got debited but there is no confirmation about the order...above all they are asking 225 rupees again as delivery charge...the money is gone now...i lost it... it's a fraud company......
