I ordered a crocs but not received. They don't response Yet. Money debited from my account rs. 579. Next they want shipping charges. I paid but they don't response. I want my money back or my order......

I have placed order for 3 Clogs and the "ORDER ID 125236" (clogs-order-id.jpeg) also payment is done with Paytm (PAYTM NUMBER: [protected]) and the reciept is attached in the attachment (clogs-payment.jpeg). Also sent a mail to the same Email ID [protected]@infinitydeals.in. But no notification regarding order placed. Cannot track or Cannot contact them back. such a scam which we loosing our hard earned money like this. Don't believe this.

And I haven't received anything from them their is one dealer mr Chena Ram he revice the money but I can't got the msg or email. Message was showing me that your order will on hold my order no is 44592
They donot have a costumer support
And contact number
I have lost my money in that
Please help me and save other from fake website...

Hi Please To Note. I order one pair of Croc flip flops on 5/12/2021 which I made the payment of 549inr + shipment charges 349inr through mode of payment phone pay. still today we have not received any confirmation nor acknowledgement from their side. Kindly take my complaint in good faith....

On 28th November I Saw advertisement of (the footwear.co) Instagram page . I saw more collections of crocs so I excited to buy.
On 28th November I added 3pairs of crocs to cart ( in infinity deals website) then my payment also done of 1138/- rupees by Phone pay upi after I didn't get any message or mai from them. I lost my money....
