Intel Mother Board was purchased on 08May2007 under serial no AZ58703003B4-aa-d[protected] MODEL NO 865GSA from NESCO in Faridi Building, Lucknow.

Last Year in November 2009 the motherboard started hanging & it was brought to the notice of NESCO who did not replaced it but returned it after 2 months with repairs but it was not functioning properly, 2nd time also it was submitted for repair/replacement...

i have an Intel motherboard(D946GZIS) which is maximum 2 years old and last 1 wk i am facing a problem that when i restart the machine, the Intel page is processed den suddenly it does not show a blank screen and courser is blinking there instead of the Microsoft windows page and after a certain time it shows a message of TRAP EXCEPTION.
If i wait for 2 or 3 hrs its working properly.
2 times i have already formatted d drive...

Hello Sir,
I bought an Intel motherboard in pune. within its warranty period it started malfunctioning,I send it for repairing but was denied replacement of faulty motherboard as they say it was manhandled. But,it was properly used and was never manhandled.the specification of motherboard are INTEL 945,Gcn 1,S.no:btn170085n.
kindly look into matter and help me in getting it replaced in warranty period.
