Train 4211/12 Agra Delhi Intercity Express not running last year. The situation of this train to cover only 200 Km it takes more than 5 hrs thats huge time for an express catagory train.
train running like passanger train but railway charging express fare rather train stopped in each station from Palwal to new Delhi.
We are humble request to running of this train as per shedule timings....
