Sir, mene quikr par resume dala tha aur KD Technology wale ke wanha se koi Naveen ne call kiya or mujhse id and sign mange the. Mene unki id kholi bhi nahi aur ab 16 july se koi M. Patel (lawyer) call kar raha hai aur gmail par bhi leagal Notice bhej raha hai ki ya to 5200 RS jama karwao ya fir aapke against leagal action liya jayega. So please help me that what i do now...please guide me aaj mene paise dene se mana kr diya to wo bol raha...

Kuch dino pahle kd company ka call aaya or unhone lalch deke meri id leli or agreement k liye bola us time unhone agreement krva liya 4 din baad pta chla ki y fraud h or mne mail bhibsend kiya ki ap proof senf kro but no reply.. Ab ajj kisi sunil patil nam k advocatr ka call aaya ki 40000 ru
Do nhi to case hoga or like that.

I register on a clickindia for job and after some hours i receive a call from the company name kd technology and also a mail from [protected]@gmail.com who says that he is marketing executive of the company he told me that i have to fill 2200 forms in 20days so that they pay me and they send me an agreement from surat with advocate name chetan d. Dhimar and in that they write if you won't complete the work you have to pay 5200/- to the company...

Hello sir. i got online work from kd technology company. they firstly took my id proof and signature and then provided me with an agreement. i had to complete 2200 forms in 20 days. due to typographical errors i was not able to complete the work. now they have sent me the legal notice but now i am not able to contact the lawyer and not even the company..kindly help me in what to do...
