I had made an order on kids frock of Rs 1099 Mode of payment was cash on delivery. I received parcel on 30th april 2022 and made payment. After opening the parcel it was 2 used ugly saree..its a no. 1 online shopping fraud company...

I have ordered a frock (Sleeveless Net Frill Frock For Girls And Kids Sky Blue - 3-4 Y) worth Rs. 1045/- with order No.KZ11539 in 'Kidzi.in' but they delivered a saree which is in cheap quality instead of frock. And I have sent a message to them to return. But they are not responding....

Received an different product rather than the booked one, who will take responsibility...
