I have been promoted since 4 years regularly.. My subject is physics honors. How this university check copy. I score 60, 50&48 in paper 1 but in paper 2 my score is 5, 10, 12 out of 75. I am preparing for upsc.. But this university playing game from my life & career... Whats it's rules and regulations..

I have applied to the L.N.M.U University, Darbhanga Bihar for issuance of original certificate of BA (Hons.) along with prescribed fee in the year 2006 and awaited and followed up the matter for all the years. However so far I have not received the same and on inquiring it have been told that And Remark noted on my Mark sheet Pending D-111 mark...
