I, umesh tank, was using loop mobile service since the year 2001. The mobile no was/is [protected]. While subscribing the network the company had taken a deposit of Rs. 2000.00. But since the company was closing down somewhere in end of 2014 I was informed at the gallery located at chembur, Mumbai that the no will automatically get ported to airtel or I go for cancellation of subscription. I had frequently tried to change my billing sim into prepaid sim, but they not respond me positively. Also i complained him through gallary visit, written complaint & 198 telicalling. After submitting twice a documents, thrice call verification process and fully bill payment they nigleting me....

My name is Rahul M. Salunkhe. I am using Loop mobile prepaid service from about 2 to 3 years. Mobile service is good, but recently they are deducting my main balance for the services which i am not using when i complaining for that, they says it may be activated from you by mistake and no refund made for the charges from company services like ( India Games and etc......)

I have complaints no....

i dont knw y my daily deduction of my balance is going on. i spoken to customer care to Miss R Shaikh she told dat to visit [protected]@loopmobile.com some tips and tricks has been activated i think its by mistakely activated so i wnt to deactivate this scheme as soon as possible.... plz do the needful my contact no: [protected]...

I,Nadeem Sayed brings to ur kind notice that loop mobile is one of the cheapest service provider which unneccessarily activates any pack from there side and deducts customers balance from there account i am victim even my balance has been deducted and when i called the customer care they said me that i hv activated the antakshri pack so the balance has been deducted so i need the refund which has been deducted from my account...

unneccesary deduction of money
sir,i dnt kwn y every week they r deducting 20 Rs from my balance.when asked costmer care they told me to login to atcafe.loopmobile.com and unsuscribe for sme service which, i nver opted any time.however,i even tryied to do so but all was waste as this site never opens at all.the costomer care.

My wap services is actived for the begining with DUS KA GANG shcem. So i done surfing on my mobile so by mistake i went to atcafe.loopmobile.in & something was download from me by mistakely. hi, i'm sanjay here.my loopmobile no.is [protected]. i have a problem.my balance is automatically deducted from my sim balance, why as? can anybody help me about that matters. when i call to loopmobile exicutive he always telling me OUR SYSTEM IS NOT WORKING, OUR SYSTEM IS BUSY NOW.For what its all drama.i think loopmobile's service & feedback is very worst....
