Ludhiana City Bus Services Limited Complaints & Reviews
Bus no. PB10FF7064, the conductor charged extra payment from me.. Generally the cost is ₹10 for preet palace to veer palace for a student.. But rhe conductor didn't returned the change and charged ₹10 extra. I daily travel with city bus only.. Very disappointing service. When I asked for the change he started abusing me and didn't returned the money.. Didn't expected such behavior.. He was little drunk and also in anger....

The behavior of bus conductors as well as of drivers is rude irrespective
They have the WORST mentality. Punjab Roadway drivers, conductors and ALL the staff displays terrible behavior. They behave like they own the bus,
They behave like gangster and if you also behave like them then fight will start...
