Dear sir, My wife got Mtech admission in a college under MGUniversity based upon her Gate score 2013.And she joined the course on Aug 2013.Mtech is a two yer couse.But as on today (15.09.2015) also they couse has not yet completed.Now also their project work and presentation is going on. I had to pay a fee of 1200 for getting my degree certificate in fast track. But even after paying the fee before 3 months (paid on 9th march) i have not received my certificate. This is not just for me but for my friend he got it after 4 months. Then why do the university take fee of 1200 saying fast track?...
