I ll apear in b ed 2018 -19 entrance exam.
After result i ll submitted counselling fees and advance college fees amount 5000 which was refundable if candidates not alloted any seats in college.
But after 4 5 months university not refund money. And no one answer help line numbers. Please help and refund my fees.

i m sumbit my fees through bank of baroda in Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University account but my form noot download and second time i m paid my fee thorugh credit card and my form download so that i want pls refound my first time fees pls help
