I purchased website build service and hosting from Manashosting in March 2014 and paid around Rs 23000 in advance for the same. From last 10 months I am just following up on the status of it and there has been no response. I have opened several tickets with them which have not been resolved, called on their helpline and no help. I therefore want to complaint against the unprofessional behaviour of this company and the breach of promises...

I have purchase domain & hosting from manashosting company when my domain expired i paid for it for RENEW i paid 676 rs by netbanking . 676 rs was deduct form my account and billing team told me don't worry it will free after 15 to 20 days. but till now my domain name not free.

They provides service in very cheep amount like Rs.[protected] for 3 years but after 1 to 2 month they raise some problems & hold the customer hosting account & they will call for pay charges for some kind of file extensions on their server as per their conditions so they cheated more then around 1000 of customers like that & no one can do anything....

But every year they use some tricks to take money, now they migrate there server and gave free migration to there clients from 26 th dec to jan 10, 2014. And asked us to contact to technical team...And then i contact to tech team and submit all our records to them, and tech team migrate us to new server free. But after two months they again send...

I have purchased a web design package from Manas hosting ... they have given me a log in portal where i have uploaded web content ... they created my website with the data given by me . We purchased two Unlimited Window hosting Plans for three years and one reseller pachage for three years.But they stopped all the services and We did not even access our control panel which was provided by the company. Manashosting is the number 1 fraud company doing business in India. Everything on their website is misleading and far from facts. The fact is they are the worst out there. They have a tact of harassing you to pay more money almost every year by raising invoices. They intimidate you by suddenly suspending your account until you pay more money. The FTP doesn't work for months together.

Their unlimited package may be attractive...
