Mep Vashi Toll Naka Complaints & Reviews

When I reached the vashi toll plaza, it showed low balance on the display screen, however it got deducted from my paytm balance. I informed the supervisor the same but he did not listen and forced me to pay the toll in cash and said to me to ask for a refund if it is deducted.
I dont know why they keep doing this. It has happened before too.
They charge twice....

As per my understanding about Yellow line concept, if traffic goes beyond the yellow line then toll plaza should not collect toll to ease out on traffic situation.
