I made payment of Rs442/=(455-13) on 6.05.22 at 12.28pm through internet banking to recharge my mobile, neither my mobile recharged nor amount refunded to my account....

Recharge of My Airtel mobile number [protected] not done; whereas amount of Rs.1745/- deducted from my account on 01/05/2022....

I complete 11 day ago my airtel recharge fail but amount deducted account. so i complete and company sms to my number ur debited amount refund in account 11 day later . but amount not received ....

11 day ago I recharge my airtel number 479 plan . but recharge done but not received and amount deducted in my account . so plz refund my recharge amount. mypangram infrom me 8 to 10 later amount are refunf in my account. but no respone....

9 day ago i recharge airtel number but recharge not received so i complaint and still wait 9 days but company not refund my recharge amount....

Today I tried to recharge my Prepaid BSNL SIM using the payment gateway of myPANgramCashfree. Though the payment was successful for an amount of Rs.2909/- for recharge of Rs.2999/- for 445 days of BSNL plan, and the amount got debited to my account, the corresponding recharge was not done. PLEASE ARRANGE TO REFUND THE AMOUNT TO THE SAME ACCOUNT FROM WHERE PAYMENT HAS BEEN DEDUCTED IMMEDIATELY....

I have recharge mobile no [protected] through this app amount 470 deducted my account which transaction no T2203311102077838785413 through pephone on date 31/03/2022 amount deducted but recharge not done, transaction message for successful has been received.
