Neet 2018 Ug Complaints & Reviews

While paying for neet 2018 application the amount from my account has been deducted twice and not showed the same on the site. My application number is 40607760. And it was successfully shown on my third attempt. So i have paid a total of 1400+1400+1400= 4200. Out which ₹2800 has to be refunded. Please reply with the solution. I hope you will help me out here with the refund of excess amount that has been deducted from my account....
