i have given a dmat account (ac no with visakhapatnam branch is 148853) closing request on 30 jul 2010. as on date my account was in debit, so iwas asked to clear that, same time i cleared the debit by online money transfer. And my request was taken.
I was assured that my account is closed but after few days i recieved a statement for AMC networh. I approached the branch and told that i will have to give fresh applicatiion. I did...

I opened an account with Networth Direct on the basis of all the assurances that they have a great research time, and they can help me create wealth. They traded with my hard earned money, and I lost eighty thousand rupees in 6 months. Networth says they are not at all accountable as all this depends on market risks. But, my point is they should exercise due care, not take too many risks when the markets are choppy.

Can some body help me in knowing the process of getting my money back. One of the executive representing the company convinced me on opening a Dmat account and had asked me to deposit 10000 rupees which which would be refunded by the firm after 6 months. he said the brokerage deducted shall be reduced and the balance shall be deposited automoatically into my account.
