Not granting NOC and leaving certificate
Respected Sir/ Madam,
I miss SAYALI SARAF studying in FYBCOM in Niranjana Majithiya College of Commerce which is located at kandivali.I have given application of NOC and leaving Certificate as I got admission in other college as per my education.The principal of this college never gives NOC and leaving certificate to the students as she doesn't want thier students to change the college, but as per the rules of MUMBAI UNIVERSITY...
