Good evening, I ordered bean bag from northernanthes. I paid money through my net banking.It went through Razorpay, kindly check I didn't received any message regarding the product.
I have paid 706rupess, but there is no updates on my order.
Kindly verify and refund my amount as soon as possible.

I had ordered on 26th April 2021 vegetable chopper set and remitted money through Ola App. They promised that the goods will be delivered at my designated address by 25th May 2021. However not delivered so far. Looks like the company is fraud....

On 26th april 2021, i made an online order for vegetable scrapping unit worth 249 inr. Attached the payment made to Northernanthes via my internet banking.

They were supposed to deliver it in 15 days. No response till now. So i tried their link to view order status. However the page says "this store unavailable".

How to move forward? This is not a scam, I think....

I have paid to the website Northernanthes for a smart watch on dated 08.05.2021 but still date I am not received my product. I paid 449.99 rupees for the same. Also I didn't track my order. I have not received the refund for the same. And the phone number mentioned is also not working. I have maild them but the mail also bounced.

Please refund the amount as soon as possible....
