I have lost my bag(black) containing shoes(red tape company) and a water bottle, while travelling from the airport to shilparamam today morning(9/10/2022, Sunday) via tsrtc bus no. TS10UB8189.

I booked my flight (HYD--- LKO) from travolook website but when I did payment immediately I got a call from company that due to some operational issue the ticket you booked is cancelled . please book the flight again.. but it seems strange that there was no msg received from website but my 5003 amount got debited but when I checked my account there was no refund email received.
Kindly take strict action on this fake company.so no...
