However, a complaint can be automatically marked as resolved if a complainant isn't responding or updating a complaint for 30 days after the company has tried to reach the complainant.

My experience was different
I had seen these comments even before I put my daughter there. I was a little skeptical about the Company after seeing these complaints. I then checked about other Institutes also. There were lots of complaints about them too. Pages and Pages... I finally decided to put my daughter, an Engineering Graduate in Nuage. She completed the course and passed the certification Exam with ease. she had to wait for 25 days and then Nuage guys sent her...

Guys Nuage is faking in getting job , Teaching of course is good but no job at the end
That Sandeep chota will tell he'll get job but later will cheat by send company website links which can be found in google search
So i have lost time 2 months time and 11000
there are so many who misuse our Jobless ness and make money , Curse them...
