Hello sir / madam, I have been trying to fill forms for talati and junior clerk 2022 but it shows error every time i try to fill the application form....

I have applied for the tat exam having no. Seb/201718/101. While paying the fees through online mode, the transaction was rejected. Thereafter, i have been trying to pay through online mode, but error displays as "your earlier transaction is still pending. Click on earlier incomplete/earlier transaction". On talking with the customer representative on the number [protected], i am advised that now i have to pay the fees through offline mode...
