Dear Sir,
We want to lodge a Complent under Akhil Asalpha Rahivasee Sangh - Asalpha Village, N.S.S. Rd, Ghatkopar (w) Mumbai-84 againts a Omdaya Builder & Sankat Mochan GruhNirman Soc.(Prop.) Commity Member .
our issue is
-They are approach us SRA plan in year 2006,
-They are Making a Sankat Mochan GruhNirman Soc.(Prop.)
without consult with Tenure,
-They are not cosulting...

I would like you to answer my below mentioned query,
Is the Slum Rehabilitation scheme is open, because in our area which is in Asalpha-village, Bhaji-Market, Ghatkopar, Mumbai-84 a builder has approach us and he has told that he will construct a building on our land, our land comes under collector-land,and he says that he has taken the necessary permission from the collector office, as of now we haven't...
