Dear sir, 10 days ago I took data work from one point services and an agreement was done between us they took my signature and Aadhar card too for that agreement. But due to some reasons I could not complete the work. It was written in agreement that if I fail to do the work I will be charged 9, 800 I could not pay them amount now they have registered a case against me and their advocate is calling me. I received a call, from on point services, located at khirdi road, aurangabad maharashtra, pin code 431005. Asked me to make an agreement (I'll attach it). 150 pages, 15 days, after completed work i will submitted the work on email id but company person mail qc report to me that u r fail 90% accuracy so paid 9800rs charges.. yesterday his advocate mail me a notice for legal action and force me to pay 9800rs+5000rs in 7days
please help...

I received the call from on point services for work of data typing. I have to complete 150 pages in 15 days with accuracy of 90%. Then i regulary received calls saying we are from data typing jobs i thought they may have got my no from some where but on[protected] from same no. Claiming we will complete your work in 7 hrs. And i feared that this work is fraud and i searched for on point services and i found that it is fraud what to do now...
