I used NSDL website for a new PAN card on 10th OCT 2023 online on NDSL website.
I got the temporary token number - [protected], and then filled all fields and at the final page went to pay the fee by online payment through Bill Desk and internet banking.
After making the required payment, the amount got deducted from my bank account but when redirecting back to NSDL web site, got the below error message:

I was Applied for a new pan card on the following date: 07/-5/2022
The payment was successfully transferred & all the details are correct but when I go on KYC steps authentic there is showing an error & payment is still no refund.

A website totally waste I suggest to all please don't waste your money on this website's complete fraud website. there is nothing provided regarding complaint...
