I ordered opticamera and I received sunset lamp please take action on this...

I have order intax camera but received a sun lamp . I want a refund .I have already sent a email to the customer care have received any update....

I ordered palorid camera from opticum company but they send me sunset lamp when I received this product i got call from opticam that it will return i said that i did’nt give money then he shout on me and abuse me please return this product and give my money....

I have ordered polaried camera and even paid (1950) but received a sunset lamp in return. And they even blocked the incoming call thts more suspicious, plz help me to get my money back...

I placed a order for camera but i received a usb lemp and I paid 2249 for this selfie camera+ for extra sheets order delivered by ecard on cash on delivery paid amount through upi but now on website their is no option to raise complain, no. Which is mention that is wrong they not respond on email and in product discription it is mention tht their is a refund and return policy kindly help me out I need my money back I upload video of delivery...
