I had trying to recharge my jio number on 30 july 2024 by rs 317/- but my jio account not reflect that amount on my number, I feel that jio and that Orion company both are involved in this scam....

I was paid the EB bill on 18 July 2024, but its not reflected to EB bill account....

On 25th of February online phone recharge was done through phone pay of rupees 158, but it did not get recharge, so again recharge of rupees 158 was done on 27th of February but still the same result. On 28th of February re recharge was done through amazon pay the recharge was successful. We have a loss of rupees 316 . We got message that recharge was successful but no.
Please refund the full money...

My Jio recharge via PAYU was processed through Orion. The recharge never took place and a sum of Rs. 158.00 was debited instead of Rs. 149.00. Jio Phone number [protected]....
