Pailan Group Complaints & Reviews

Dear Sir,
I have made a FD & MIS schme through Debentures with Pailan Park Development Authority for one Lakh .Neither the company is paying the interest nor repaying the maturity/principal amount.

Already I made complaint to SEBI/MCA. Further please advise me what is next to be done to get my money back.

I had invested Rs. 50, 000/- in MIS on 08/12/2012 but now for long time now return was pending with them, and I had one Recurring Deposit which was matured on 15/09/2013, this all documents already received by them and duly received but did not pay me.

Now all branch are closed and even the agents are leaving their responsibilities, it seems that my money has gone way but still Pailan is running their business,

These company is claiming that they will pay money on time
But from last one and half year they are not paying a single maturity payment to their customers
As i am a agent so investor are forcing me for the money, but what can i do if these companies not paying please help me

Dear Sir/Madam, The Kolkata based Pailan Group (http://www.pailangroup.com) was running money market business from 2010 approx. After the Sarada collapsed, Mr Apurba Saha of Pailan Group is not giving any maturity claims of Recurring and Fixed deposit or M.I.S. interest. All the investors have been cheated by this group. They have closed all their offices in West Bengal from 5th MARCH 2014. They even didn't payed the maturity or interest...
