I have booked a flat in year 2015 in happiness Hub q, paid almost 8 lacks
my flat was on 12th floor - they told me I need to pay for stamp duty and registration.after following couple of months got to know it wont happen.reason is they haven't got permission for 12th floor -
I have canceled my flat (they have canceled booking - gave me option of other floors - which is not possible ).still after one year i haven't received...

I had booked my flat in D building flat No 708 Akaashdeep Phase II Dhayri in 2005. I was one of the earliest members to book the flat along with my friend Mr Kedar Kulkarni in Building C of the same schemes .
