I bought a flat in Parsvnath Palacia in 2008 January with a promise that the flat will be ready by mid 2010, but as I see the status today (Dec 2011), looks like all my hard earner money has gone into the pocket of the Jains.

I am appealing all of you to get together with me and file a case in the Consumer Court to get the money back with interest.

we booked a flat with Parsvath Builders in one of their prestigious projects Palacia at Greater Noida ( Flat No. Palacia A1-602 ) in June 2007 and the commitment was to provide the house ready for possession by December 2009 , Today we are in the mid of may 2010 and we hardly see any sincere efforts being put to start the construction again.
